Frequently Asked Questions About Working With Andressa Gobira

A Few Definitions

What does a Business Systems Consultant do?

A Business Systems Consultant helps companies improve how their people, processes, data, and technology work together. I work with hospitality and travel technology companies to design and implement systems across customer experience, operations, revenue, and automation.

How can AI improve hospitality and travel operations?

AI can automate repetitive work, improve how teams handle customer and operational data, support faster decision making, and reduce manual handoffs. I start with the process first and introduce AI where it creates a measurable improvement.

What is the difference between business systems and software implementation?

Software implementation focuses on getting a tool up and running. Business systems work goes further: understanding the business requirements, designing the process, selecting or configuring the right technology, implementing it, training the team, and making sure the system is actually adopted.

FAQ

With a 30-minute systems review. We find where friction is slowing growth, what it's costing you in customers and revenue, and whether I'm the right person to fix it. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

The ones capping growth: revenue you can't see clearly, onboarding that drags, a customer journey with gaps in it, teams re-keying data between tools. Usually it's several of those feeding each other.

Sometimes you should — and I'll tell you when. A manager keeps a machine running well. I come in when the machine itself needs redesigning across customer experience, revenue, and tooling at once. Plenty of clients hire the manager afterwards, into a role that finally has structure behind it.

No, and I'll happily talk you out of it. AI applied to a broken process just breaks things faster. Fix the sequence, agree who owns what, then automate the parts that are genuinely repetitive. Sometimes the win is deleting a step, not automating it.

Rarely. Most companies already own the right tools — they're just disconnected or half-used. I get value out of what you're paying for before recommending anything new.

An audit runs two weeks. Implementation is usually three to six, depending on how tangled things are. If you want someone in the room longer term, I also work as a fractional COO.

Something working, and the ability to keep it working. Documented processes, connected tools, live reporting, clear ownership, and handover sessions so nothing depends on me once I leave.

Because every internal decision eventually reaches a customer. Slow handoffs become slow replies. Undefined ownership becomes a guest chasing an answer. Fix the inside and the outside improves — that's where retention and expansion come from.

Hospitality, travel, property management, and the SaaS companies serving them. I've worked inside these businesses, so I know what a booking, a channel, and a go-live really involve.

Better Systems. Better Experiences. Better Growth.

Software won't fix a broken process, and no amount of AI will rescue a customer journey nobody designed. Let's find the one bottleneck holding you back and sort it properly — the kind of fix your team is still using three years from now.
