BUSINESS SYSTEMS CONSULTANT

for Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Success.

I step into hospitality and travel businesses, find where customer experience, process, and revenue have come apart, and fix it in practice: less rework, more revenue you can actually see and room to grow.

RESULTS

Real Impacts

3 months

$1.2M

Annual bookings made visible

Before

Revenue lived in three spreadsheets that nobody trusted, reconciled by hand every month.

After

One live view of revenue by channel and property, refreshed every morning. The manual reconciliation is gone.

6 weeks

32%

More bookings from the same traffic

Before

The inquiry form leaked leads, and follow-up depended on who happened to open the inbox.

After

Every inquiry routed, answered inside an SLA, and nurtured without anyone chasing it.

1 quarter

3x

Volume handled, same team

Before

Every new property was a custom project that lived in one person's head.

After

Templated onboarding and automated setup cut launch time by two thirds, same team, far more volume.

About

I didn't start out in the operations department. I started in customer success: the complaints, the questions, the moments when customers lost trust in us. That taught me a principle I still apply today: every internal decision eventually reaches the customer. When those decisions are the right ones, growth stops being a struggle.

I come in to make the experience better, keep clients longer, grow and steady the revenue.

Over the past 10+ years I've worked across customer success, implementation, revenue operations, and operations leadership, inside hospitality and travel businesses across Latin America, North America, and Europe. Different seats, different markets, same lesson: the things companies treat as separate, the customer journey, the process behind it, the revenue it produces, the tools holding it together, are really one thing.

So I don't come in to automate work for its own sake. I come in to make the experience better, keep clients longer, grow and steady the revenue.

Testimonials

Andressa walked into a mess and left us with something that runs. A month in, we knew exactly where our revenue came from — for the first time.
Founder · Boutique hospitality group
She's the rare operator who can talk strategy and then go and do the work. Our onboarding went from improvised to predictable.
Head of Customer Success · Premium Hospitality Property
Practical, calm, quick. She asked sharper questions than our last two consultants combined, and the team still uses what she left behind.
COO · Property management platform

A Few Definitions

What does a Business Systems Consultant do?

A Business Systems Consultant helps companies improve how their people, processes, data, and technology work together. I work with hospitality and travel technology companies to design and implement systems across customer experience, operations, revenue, and automation.

How can AI improve hospitality and travel operations?

AI can automate repetitive work, improve how teams handle customer and operational data, support faster decision making, and reduce manual handoffs. I start with the process first and introduce AI where it creates a measurable improvement.

What is the difference between business systems and software implementation?

Software implementation focuses on getting a tool up and running. Business systems work goes further: understanding the business requirements, designing the process, selecting or configuring the right technology, implementing it, training the team, and making sure the system is actually adopted.

FAQ

With a 30-minute systems review. We find where friction is slowing growth, what it's costing you in customers and revenue, and whether I'm the right person to fix it. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

The ones capping growth: revenue you can't see clearly, onboarding that drags, a customer journey with gaps in it, teams re-keying data between tools. Usually it's several of those feeding each other.

Sometimes you should — and I'll tell you when. A manager keeps a machine running well. I come in when the machine itself needs redesigning across customer experience, revenue, and tooling at once. Plenty of clients hire the manager afterwards, into a role that finally has structure behind it.

No, and I'll happily talk you out of it. AI applied to a broken process just breaks things faster. Fix the sequence, agree who owns what, then automate the parts that are genuinely repetitive. Sometimes the win is deleting a step, not automating it.

Rarely. Most companies already own the right tools — they're just disconnected or half-used. I get value out of what you're paying for before recommending anything new.

An audit runs two weeks. Implementation is usually three to six, depending on how tangled things are. If you want someone in the room longer term, I also work as a fractional COO.

Something working, and the ability to keep it working. Documented processes, connected tools, live reporting, clear ownership, and handover sessions so nothing depends on me once I leave.

Because every internal decision eventually reaches a customer. Slow handoffs become slow replies. Undefined ownership becomes a guest chasing an answer. Fix the inside and the outside improves — that's where retention and expansion come from.

Hospitality, travel, property management, and the SaaS companies serving them. I've worked inside these businesses, so I know what a booking, a channel, and a go-live really involve.

A few lines about your business and the bottleneck you keep hitting is plenty. I read and answer these myself.

Better Systems. Better Experiences. Better Growth.

Software won't fix a broken process, and no amount of AI will rescue a customer journey nobody designed. Let's find the one bottleneck holding you back and sort it properly — the kind of fix your team is still using three years from now.
